Seeking information about Patrick Carrigan, shoemaker, who emigrated to New York at about 21 years of age, arriving on Dec 26, 1836 or 1837. Eventually he settled in Massachusetts. May have been in New Orleans prior to that. We have no information about his Irish roots. Could anyone help?
