Parker, without mentioning that she married him as a Carpenter. She was enumerated with her parents in 1850, but not in 1860, so she married prior to the 1860 census, but where she married is not clear -- the 1870 census indicates that William and Laura Ann were born in MS, but Laura Ann's death certificate states she was born in AR. There are several possibilities for the Carpenter husband, depending on location... Do you know if Laura Ann married as a Carpenter, or a Parker, and where she married Dr. Burrows?
