Mrs. Carpenter
Mrs. Minnie P. Carpenter of Blossom died Sunday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Leverett and Steele Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Knights of Honor Cemetery at Blossom.
Mrs. Carpenter was born March 24, 1891, in Batesville, Ark., daughter of R. L. Houston and Susie (Lee) Houston. She was married to A. L. White on Dec. 10, 1911, in Blossom. He preceded her in death in 1942. She later married E. H. Carpenter, who also preceded her in death. She was a Methodist.
Survivors include four sons, Homer White, Albert White, Murrell White and Fred White, all of Blossom; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Russell of Spur and Mrs. Bessie Hecht of Clovis, N.M.; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the home of Homer White in Blossom.
