Its good to hear from another Calvert Cousin!
I am an attorney (of 35 years) plus I have a professional genealogical degree. I have spent enormous amounts of time over the last several years trying to find the parents of William Calvert [1757]. So far, his parentage has not been established. Hopefully the Calvert DNA project may eventually establish his ancestry. Go to www.Calvert-Genealogy.net for an overview.
I am currently preparing a database of all known descendants of William Calvert and Elizabeth Nodding Calvert to help in this DNA effort. I cannot find a Martha Jane Calvert married to an Isaac Bowman. Can you give me more info on your ancestry?
