Christopher, I am Graham Calvert(Born Halifax 2/6/1947), son of Miles (Halifax, North, 17/7/1911)and Beryl, nee Crowther. My father was son of Frank (Luddenden, Halifax 12/2/1878) a master worsted spinner, whose parents at the time of his birth lived at Rose Hill Cottage, Warley. At the time of his marriage he was a worsted spinning overseer living at Forest Grove, Ovenden. He was the son of Miles (Luddenden, Halifax 12/8/1840)worsted spinner, son of William (1798)a farmer of 20 acres, who was married to Mary Midgeley.

I believe my ancestors were proprietors of a worsted spinning company. Do you have information to support this?
