The biography did not state the town or area of England where William was born and I could not find anything in Ancestry except that William is buried in Tacoma Masoleum, Tacoma, WA. The 1900 Federal Census, Great Falls, MT, said he immigrated 1885 and was naturalized. Possibly his naturalization papers are on file in Great Falls.
