I have already replied to your second email, so as to the Thorney issue. Thorney is in Nottinghamshire, which apparently is different from Nottingham. I pulled up a map on google that was really good. Just put in Thorney, England for the best one. Oh, BTW. In Richard's son, Richard Jr's obit, it said his father had a large Crockery business in St John, New Brunswick and was one of the original settlers of St John. Also have obit notice for Abigail, but none for Richard Sr. Thomas W. Calvert, my gr-gr. grandfather married Mary Maria Thomas..that brings the Thomas name into the family as a surname also...easy to get confused...thought they must have had a brother by the name of John, but didn't have that information until your email...much to talk about...it's neat to find out so much about family, isn't it? have a lovely 4th...Sharon
