OK in an e-mail from a man named Keith; As for the other Conrads (that arn't in the book) There were at least 4 in that period and that generates confusion. Conrad2 is the son of Conrad of 1718 and we also have his nephew by the same name. His father Conrad1 brother Peter came to America in 1766 on the Ship Chance. I have not found any other information that can be attributed to that family. The other was a George Conrad who arrived in 1749 on the ship Lydia. This is the head of the Bloss family in the Shenendoah Valley of VA. Some of the early genealogies him with our Conrad. They seemed to be completely unaware of the VA family so they tried to fit him in somewhere.

You would have to search around for the book but most big libraries should have it. barb
