George emigrated from England to the USA in 1907 and in 1917 registered for possible service as an alien in Brooklyn NY, stating he had a wife and 2 children (he was still English).
In 1917 he worked in Brooklyn as a piano and phonograph repairer, self-employed. His wife's name may have been Grace, or Daisy.
His brother's probate records in the early 1960s advise that George had moved to Canada "round about WW1", but it must have been after 1917.
Can any kind soul track him down in Canada and advise if he has any descendants.
I live in France and am a descendant of Frederick Charles Bedford, who remained in London after his five brothers emigrated to North America at the turn of the century (1900-1910), including George.
