I'm looking for any info on Ann Batt c1798 North Curry, married Samuel Slade.Also Elizabeth Batt c1815 Curry Mallet married James Elderton 1835 in Hertfordshire.My great grandfather Ambrose Slade was living with Elizabeth in Hatfield, Herts in the 1851 census and is described as nephew so I take it that Elizabeth & Ann were sisters.Ann lived her life in the North Curry area,Elizabeth was still in Herts in the 1881 census.I've only just found the Elizabeth connection,does anyone know who their parents were?.Or has any other info.
